Wolftober begins today.
It’s looking to be an incredibly eventful month for me so I’m grateful for the head start.
One thing I’ve noticed from experimentation is that I still have a free art style.
It used to annoy me, but I’m thinking it’s for the better rn, cause it also allows my design to shine through.

The other day, I saw some artwork relating Regular Show with different anime (JJK, AoT, etc).
I thought it was clever cause it brought different communities together through an inside joke.
It made me think about my work thus far and how I’ve always worked in neglect to trends.
I’m going to try to break that habit of mine by applying inspiration from my fav shows.

Some notable ones so far: Fired From Mars, Scavengers Reign and the usual truckload of anime.
I’ll make time to revisit some iconic werewolf scenes from Van Helsing, Underworld, etc.
And, no. Twilight’s not on the list.

I drew this one last night. I panicked halfway through cause things weren’t looking good.
Throughout my scribbling, my brain kept chanting: “trust the processsss”.
An hour later, I came out with something pretty decent:
